Beautiful hotel, fantastic spa, with an incredible buffet breakfast that features a huge selection of both cold and hot foods, set in a lovely tropical resort with a fantastic beach just a stone's throw away.

Fun family escape!

Just back from 5 nights with the fam and it was great! The pools were clean and big enough for everyone. The kids really loved the snacks by the pool, especially the pizza and nuggets. Evening shows were a blast, keeping our kiddos entertained. Just a bit of a bummer that breakfast could be hit or miss some days.

We had a fabulous week with the kids enjoying the awesome pools and fun-filled kids club. The beach access and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind. Just a tiny hiccup was that the room door could use a better lock system for peace of mind. 😊

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with rooms being maintained to a high standard daily. The kids enjoyed the engaging activities organized by the entertainment staff, which kept them busy and entertained. the dining area felt quite loud and chaotic during peak hours, and the evening entertainment could be improved to cater to a wider audience. This location is great for families looking for a fun getaway.

The pools were enjoyable, offering a good balance of space, with a relaxing vibe perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Our room was spacious, featuring a large balcony with pool and sea views that were beautiful to wake up to every morning.

The hotel can get very busy during peak hours.

The lobby's spacious design and comfortable seating made it a welcoming spot for relaxing after a long day. it felt like a cool oasis after the sun’s warm embrace. Access to various floors was simple with the three lifts, perfect for everyone.

I loved the breathtaking sea view from our 10th-floor room, where the entire bay felt like our personal paradise. The breakfast buffet was a thrilling feast, with everything from perfect omelettes to fresh fruits, and yes, even prosecco on Sundays! The surrounding tropical gardens and beautiful pools added to the overall vibe, it’s an absolute oasis for relaxation and fun.

The resort had a fantastic playground for the kids, which they really enjoyed. We also loved the mini-golf course that added extra fun for the family. The varied dining experiences were a big hit, especially on the nights with special vegetarian options.

My kids wished the pool was warmer.

Nice spacious room, but WiFi was unreliable throughout our stay.
